Black Sweater Dress

I'm starting to rebel against this winter weather. I broke out the black short sleeve sweater dress. Not once today did I feel like putting on a cardi either :)  I did have my nice thick scarf on to keep me warm. I added a skinny leopard belt and the boots I got on clearance from Target.
